As the world is opening up again after COVID-19 restrictions, there have been increased opportunities for dissemination activities. Henrik Jilvero, Engineering Director, HaloSep AB gave a presentation at the Berliner Konferenz Mineralische Nebenprodukte und Abfälle, where preliminary results from the LIFE HaloSep project was presented. An article of preliminary results from the LIFE HaloSep project was also produced for the conference proceedings. The conference “LOOP Waste to Resources” was held for the first time in Copenhagen, Denmark. Per Viktor Sveding, Process Technology Engineer from Stena Recycling’s R&D department represented the LIFE HaloSep project along with current, and future plans for the commercialization of the process by HaloSep AB. At the stand information about HaloSep was presented using process overviews, samples of the outgoing HaloSep fractions collected at Vestforbrænding and a short video produced by HaloSep AB describing the process and the visions of the company.
